What we collect

Your wallet address, your activity in Matrix Flow (referrals, payments, earnings, withdrawals), and the optional details you enter on your profile such as name, email, mobile number and address.

Why we collect it

To run your account, calculate income, process withdrawals, send you notifications and prevent fraud. Blockchain transactions are public by nature.

Passwords and keys

We never see or store your wallet’s private key or recovery phrase. We will never ask for them.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Your Member ID is visible to your sponsor and your team. We may share information when required by law.
